Alpha-Blast Signature Analysis and Vibration Simulation Software Version 11
White was the first company to offer a commercially available program for analyzing the probable effects of blast timing on amplitude and frequency. If you use or test electronic detonators, the Alpha-Blast program could be the most important software package you have. As detonation times become more accurate, it will be necessary to have sophisticated software that will help determine the best delay designs to achieve the desired results involving vibration control.

Alpha-Blast proved to be effective with pyrotechnic detonators for many years.  With the advent of electronic detonators the program has involved into a necessary addition in order to help optimize the use of these products.

Alpha-Blast V11 once again proves why it is the world leader in signature analysis software.  V11 includes the ability to enter historical vibration data which allows the program to scale simulations based on actual site measurements.  This results in more accurate amplitude predictions.  The program also includes statistical regression analysis with custom confidence intervals and the ability to filter the data that is analyzed.  As before, simulations can be saved for use in the powerful Seismograph Data Analysis software V10 and higher.  No other signature analysis software package can even begin to offer these features for the equivalent low cost.

Alpha-Blast V11 is a stand-alone software package.  An authorization and yearly license code is required.  Contact White or an authorized reseller to receive a quote or purchase Alpha-Blast V11.
Alpha-Blast V11 Features
Simultaneously analyze a virtually unlimited number of signatures. Evaluate designs with multiple rows and variable holes per row.  Decks may also be evaluated.
Specify the high/low frequency ratio pivot point. Evaluate designs with multiple rows and variable holes per row.  Decks may also be evaluated.
The analysis results can be reported as Enter historical vibration data to scale simulations and use linear regression analysis for vibration predictions.
Values - displays peak simulated amplitudes, FFT frequencies and high/low ratios. Send analysis results to Excel (requires that Microsoft Excel be installed).
Graphs - displays values data plus waveform simulations and frequency spectra. Animate a simulation, showing the design layout and the vibration simulation as each charge detonates.
Colors - displays color coded values data. Save a simulation as an image in a selectable format.
3D Graphs - displays 3D surface amplitude and frequency graphs.  A very visual analysis method. Save a simulation in a file format that can be analyzed by Seismograph Data Analysis V10 and higher.
The data shown in the Values, Graphs and Colors can be easily sorted by nearly all values. Show the number of charges per 8ms interval for each timing scenario.
Filter results for specific parameters to help find optimal timing combinations. Simulate from information imported from a text file.
Supply advanced parameters like propagation velocity, amplitude decay rate and explosives loading. Simulate from imported Compu-Blast designs.
