License Agreement

Important - Read carefully before downloading any software product. By downloading the software, you are consenting to be bound by and are becoming a party to this agreement. If you do not agree to all of the terms of this agreement, do not download the software.

GRANT. White Industrial Seismology, Inc. ("White") hereby grants to you a non-exclusive license to use its accompanying software product ("Software") on the following terms:

You may:

use the Software on any single computer;
or
copy the Software for archival purposes, provided any copy must contain all of the original Software's proprietary notices.

You may not:

permit other individuals to use the Software except under the terms listed above;
modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile,disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software;
copy the Software (except for backup purposes);
rent, lease, transfer or otherwise transfer rights to the Software.

COPYRIGHT. Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the Software shall remain in White. The Software is protected by the copyright laws of the United States and international copyright treaties. Any violation of federal or international copyright laws will be subject to prosecution.

LIMITED WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER. White warrants that for a period of 90 days from the date of the download, the program will function under normal use without significant errors that will make it unusable. As a complimentary electronic download, White is in no manner required to provide replacement diskettes or documentation. White disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the Software.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. In no event shall White be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, interruption, loss of information, pecuniary loss or any other loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this Software, even if White has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Easier to use than ever before. Download the SDAV9Setup.exe file to a temorary folder and run the file to install. The program features an online help system. There will also be a manual in PDF format stored in the program folder.

Download the file SDA.ZIP to a temporary folder and double-click to unzip the setup files. Then run Setup.exe to install.

Compu-Blast Design and Timing Analysis Software ($595.00 USD)
An authorization code is required for the program to function. Special upgrade pricing applies for current users of Compu-Blast 2003 based on when the program was originally purchased.

Instructions: Download CBWV8.ZIP to a folder and double-click to unzip. Then run Setup.exe to install. An authorization code will be supplied upon fullfillment of payment terms. To evaluate the program, type the word evaluate as the authorization code.
