What is a good seismic trigger level?
The ISEE Seismograph User Guidelines recommend 0.05 in/s (1.27 mm/s) as a starting value. Experimentation will yield the best value. The trigger level should be set low enough to record the vibration, but not so low that an unacceptable number of false triggers occur.
