Mini-Seis III |
|
The
Mini-Seis III is our next generation seismograph. With this instrument we
move into a higher level of engineering. While still well suited for blast
vibration monitoring, the Mini-Seis III will be adaptable to many other
monitoring situations. Especially continuous vibration where histogram and
waveform data can be combined. We also intend that the unit can
continuously stream vibration data to external storage such as a USB
memory. In addition it will eventually be able to utilize up to 8 channels
of data with various types of sensors. We will periodically post new
information on the development schedule to this page. |

for the downloading and analysis of vibration data. It is founded on the
.Net 3.5 Framework and is 100% compatible with Windows XP, Vista and 7 as well
as Server 2003. It features a well designed interface, faster downloading
and simplied structure for viewing and printing records.

Alpha-Blast Signature Analysis and Vibration Simulation |

While electronic detonators have revolutionized blasting, Alpha-Blast has
revolutionized how electronic detonators are used. Alpha-Blast allows
these high precision detonators to be used to their fullest potential by
modeling vibration based on layouts and timing. We were the first to
provide a commercial application for analyzing vibration modification through
timing. We are still the best.

eBlast Blast Data Management |
|
eBlast is a web or desktop based application that allows anyone with the proper
login credentials to view seismograph measurements, explosives usage and track
other data. It can also be used to estimate future vibration,
statistically analyze vibration data, plot blast, seismograph and structure
locations on a map and much more.

Compu-Blast |
|
Compu-Blast is a very easy program for laying out patterns and calculating
timing. It features the ability to individually load holes, animate
timing, summarize data, has a basic blasting log and many other useful reports
and analyses.

Station Box (shown) |
|
We can provide a fully configured station box ready for use for long term
monitoring. The box is vented for air overpressure, has two recessed
locks, a PVC pipe for sensor burial, 20 watt solar panel and voltage regulator.
Installation is very easy. Instructions are provided. |

External Printer |
|
The external printer turns the Mini-Seis into a field printing seismograph for
much less cost than a seismograph with a built-in printer. Many problems
that arise with printing seismographs involve the printer. Having an
external printer means that records can easily be printed without having to
worry about the detrimental effects of rain and dust. |

Cellular Modem |
|
When used with a station box, a cellular modem provides remote data access from
nearly anywhere. Where TCP/IP is available, the access can use any
internet connection. As long as the modem supports serial communication,
any cellular protocol can be used, i.e. GSM, GPRS, CDMA. |

Satellite Modem |
|
If cellular is not an option then satellite may also be used. While
satellite costs more than cellular, it is a reliable method for very remote
areas. |

Solar Panel |
|
A solar panel is included in the cost of a configured station box. However,
these can be purchased separately. A variety of outputs are available |
